property with special detail to structural members.
I also offer homeowners
and homebuyers a range of mold testing services, all of
which are designed to provide an accurate and definitive
answer regarding the existence and extent of any mold
problem in a structure. All samples are analyzed by
laboratories accredited by the U.S. Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA).

What Did
I hear about a free inspection?
Yes, you heard right! If I do an inspection on a newly built
home I will come back and do the inspection again one year
later at no cost. In a years time a new home will settle and
gradual changes may occur that could be problematic as the
home ages. An inspection may help you to correct these
issues before they become expensive.
I understand
the emotional investment during property transactions and know
that timely and sensitive delivery of the message is as
important as its content. When discussing the deficiencies I
