4001 sq. ft. to 5000 sq. ft. $700
5001 sq. ft. and over.

an additional charge of $50 for out buildings, multi-heating
systems & additional kitchens. For In-law suites & homes
over 30 years of age there is an extra $100 fee.
Pricing for mold inspections will depend on the type of
inspection, amount of samples taken, & type of sample
